No matter what kind of portraits you are looking for, I have experienced it all!
I am more than grateful to get to photograph so many smiling faces each year. I consider myself fortunate to be able to capture people in all walks of life. It warms my heart knowing that photography isn’t just a 9-5 job, where you punch in and punch out. Photography is an art of capturing people uniquely; no two sessions are alike. Being a mother myself, trust me when I say that getting all those outfits coordinated, kids bathed, food in their tummies and hoping and praying that when its time for your session they all behave is more than a full days work. I never have expectations going into a session with infants/toddlers. This may seem a little disheartening but hear me out. A child’s behavior is near impossible to predict, and it seems that the more you want them to do something the less they “listen”. I take the approach that each session is different and unique, we don’t all need perfectly posed images to capture something beautifully. Often, I end up loving the photos where the chaos in the moment seems a little bit overwhelming but the love and interaction between everyone is the perfect representation of the stage of life you are in.
My goal is to make it as seamless and stress-free as possible. We all know those dishes at home need to get done and that laundry in the dryer, it’s been there for a week too long. I want you to have an experience like no other. I have put many hours into thinking of a structure that is convenient and easy to understand. Because the last thing anyone wants is a misunderstanding of what to expect.
